Most products available on Tejas are manufactured after an order is placed. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, while customized or hand-painted products may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the order.

Estimated delivery:

Metro cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Other locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
