"Albela" is a hookah-inspired Turkish style lamp by Tapos Das, an artist who began his career from rural Bengal, displaying his works at village fairs. Today he is a gallery artist, much sought-after for his wall mounted works and strand-alone sculptures made of found metal objects, brass, thick copper sheets, wires, iron and wood (base).
